Couch to 5k - Starts Monday 5th January 2026 Meeting Point - in front of Hut 55 on Deal Seafront.
Always wanted to start running but felt you needed some support? Ran years ago and want to get back into it? Returning after an injury?
Then our Couch to 5k programme is for you, ran by Bronwen Lafferty, Deal Tri Club Captain and qualified Leader in Running Fitness and takes place over 9 weeks. Additional support by members of Deal Tri who attend each week.
A second session will be held at Walmer and Deal Seafront Parkrun and will meet at 8:45am on Saturday mornings at the parkrun start. The first session for this will be Saturday 10th January.
The Monday and Saturday session will be the same so you can join one or both.
Free to attend, please ensure you have trainers you can comfortably walk / jog / run in and comfortable clothing.
