Tracy Sadler Machalek is a movement healing artist, using tools of yoga, dance & art to share the joy of creative expression. She has a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin and has been performing and teaching dance for over 30 years. Her greatest wish is to create a fun, warm, loving environment for students of all ages and all levels to feel confident in their bodies, tapping into playfulness, nourishing self-care and the joy of the present moment.
