Cottage Home Neighborhood- Home & Garden Tour 2024

Cottage Home Neighborhood Association invites the public to visit homes and gardens in one of Indy's most beautiful and historic Near Eastside neighborhoods. Our neighbors proudly welcome you through their doors and gates into eclectic vintage cottages, newly built modern homes, and private and community gardens.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Time: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Price: Minimum donation of $20 presale or $25 the day of the tour (Children 12 and under are free)

What’s Included: Visit 6 -10 homes and gardens in the historic Cottage Home neighborhood. This year, we will also feature two new additions to our tour. Firstly, The Studio Alchemy Art Gallery, located at 1116 E. North Street, will open its doors to tourgoers to view the photography of Cottage Home's own Brad Severance. Secondly, the tour will host a Renovator's Relay race during the tour in which teams of DIY renovators will compete in several tasks for a prize. Check back for additional information about the relay race.

Beer, wine, soft drinks, and food will be available for purchase in our neighborhood community space at 714 N. Highland Avenue. This is also where tickets can be purchased on the day of the event.

WHY DO WE TAKE DONATIONS?

The tour not only draws attention to the revitalization taking place in Cottage Home but is also the urban neighborhood’s major fundraiser for the year. Tourgoers are invited to view a variety of new and old homes, selected to showcase the creativity and diverse decorating styles of our residents, as well as explore gardens, our community park, and playground. Your generous donations help us in our efforts to keep our historic neighborhood beautiful.
