Ever thought about starting a food business out of your home but weren't sure how to get started? This 2-hour workshop will provide you with an introduction to the basics of starting a food business. Topics include:

· Cottage food regulations

· Business registration

· Budget basics

· Food safety

· Allergens

· Labeling

· ...and more!

This is an introductory class that will provide you with the information you need to help you decide whether to pursue your home-based food business.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $10.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop.
