Day 1: We pick you up
From your door & journey to Torquay
Day 2: we visit the city of Plymouth, known for its Maritime heritage & historic Barbican district with narrow, cobbled streets, independent shops, galleries, bars, cafes & a marina full of boats. There are harbour trips to see the lighthouse and even warships, if they are in port.
Day 3: Costal Drive. We enjoy a leisurely morning costal drive through the small resorts of Teignmouth and Dawlish. We spend the rest of the day at leisure in Torquay. Torquay is full of surprises with its magnificent horseshoe - shaped bay, swaying palm trees, elegant Victorian villas, pretty marina, sweeping sandy beach and its fascinating Agatha Christie connections. Tea and bingo at 4pm.
Day: 4: Homeward Journey. Sadly we wave goodbye to our hosts at the Headland Hotel, arriving late afternoon for our taxis home.
