About this Event
Join Lucy B and Broca cafe for an evening of warming & restful yoga and a mouth watering veggie/vegan spread of savoury and sweet delights!
4.30-6pm Playful and Inclusive Vinyasa followed by cosy and calm Yin @ Renaissance Yoga,Brockley
6.30-9pm 3 course Veggie/Vegan dinner shared family style @ Broca Cafe, Brockley
Ticket includes Yoga and Dinner and 1 drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic) drinks will also be available to buy at Broca!

Good To Know
-This 90 minute practice is for all levels, the vinyasa will include dynamic movement but there will be lots of options .
-This class will include seated, table top, standing and lying down postures.
-This class requires the ability to get from the ground to standing with the use of props.
-The meal will be vegan/vegertain and served family style.
-Most dietary requirments can be catered too, but please message if you have any questions!
