Welcome to Goat Yoga at Jaybird Hammock Farm! Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga session surrounded by adorable goats. This event will take place at the beautiful Jaybird Hammock Farm, where you can unwind, stretch, and connect with nature. Our furry friends will roam around as you practice yoga, adding an extra element of joy and playfulness to your experience. Participants are invited to explore the farm, visit the other farm animals and walk the nature trail after yoga.
Please arrive 15min before start time, to check in, set up and sign a waiver.
What to bring? Towel, water, your preferred bug repellant. Yoga mats and goats are provided.
Age Restrictions:
All participants must have enough self-control to remain on the yoga mat during instruction. All under-age participants must be accompanied by a participating and supervising adult. Age limit 5+ yrs old and meet the above criteria.
