Join us for our monthly Meetup at CoSpace - the last Sunday of the month. A 3 hour event to connect, breathe, relax, snack and sip.
1:15pm: Doors Open, Explore the Space
2:00pm: Breathwork and Sound Healing Session
3:00pm: Meet, Mingle, Snack and Sip

$20 donation for non-members requested but not required.
We invite you to take a tour of this beautiful space, rest and relax with gentle breathing rhythms and singing bowls, connect with old and new friends to reminisce good times or collaborate with new relationships.
At 2pm Erin will lead us in a Relaxation & Sound Circle that supports your emotional and physical body and reboots the nervous system. A great reset for the end of the week.
Breathe Easy Cold Tea, a special blend made by Lynayn from the Tea Emporium in Annapolis, MD. Light snacks also provided.
