A unique sound healing experience blending the healing benefits of sound frequency and the ancient wisdom of astrology for a deeper understanding of oneself and their connection to the world. This sound bath uses various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and a Tibetan gong. Selina, our sound healer creates specific frequencies that positively affect us on a neurological, physiological and biochemical level. Sound healing can promote healing and relaxation, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, cognitive function, and release stuck emotions among many other benefits.
We will close the sound bath with time for self-reflection and tea!
