How to Prepare & What to Bring
· Please bring your yoga mat and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (we recommend layers).
· We provide blankets (first come, first served), but if you prefer your own pillow or bolster, please bring it.
· You may wish to bring a journal for notes or insights after the session.
· Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in without rush. We begin promptly at 6pm.
