This weekly gathering is for mothers of all colors, ages, and backgrounds to kickstart their mornings with intention! Children 3 years or younger are welcome; we will collectively enjoy a circle time with movement and musical elements in a sacred safe space and close out with a brief topic of discussion & brief meditation to carry with us through the rest of the day!
