This weekly gathering is for mothers and their littles of all colors, ages, and backgrounds to kickstart their mornings with intention!About this Event
Children 3 years or younger are welcome as we collectively enjoy a circle time with movement, musical elements, and parallel play in a sacred safe space. We will close out with a brief topic of discussion & 5 minute meditation to carry with us through the rest of our day; the last hour of the class will be open playtime for any moms looking to mingle with other likeminded ladies and burn some energy with their littles!
