Cosmic Coffee - Global Climate Action

The European Space Agency Business Incubation Centre (ESA BIC) at Leicester is delighted to host and sponsor Cosmic Coffee.

T his special edition of Cosmic Coffee is hosted by the National Centre for Earth Observation. Pitches from leading climate scientists will be interspersed with our usual guest pitchers.

The Conference of the Parties (COP), is held annually, with the Presidency rotating between the five recognised UN regions.
This year, Azerbaijan has been selected as the Presidency of the 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29), to be hosted in Baku this November, with the theme - In Solidarity for a Green World.

Cosmic Coffee is a monthly community support event designed to provide a platform for those working in and around the space community at Space City and across the Midlands, to come together on an informal basis to share ideas, receive updates about what is going on and get to know those working in this exciting and expanding sector. So, if you are already working in or interested in getting involved with space & space-enabled industries, this event is for you!

Priority access will be given to those actively working in the space industry or looking to commercialise a space technology. Numbers are limited due to space at the venue so please do register early to avoid disappointment.
