As the winter deepens and the year begins to unfold, we’re invited to pause, to journey inward, to connect to what’s true. To feel what the mind can’t always name.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial serving of cacao, opening the energetic heart and grounding the body in loving awareness.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deep sound immersion with crystal bowls and subtle frequencies designed to clear emotional residue, restore nervous system balance, and bring you back to your own center.

This is an evening for gentle healing, deep presence, and sacred connection—with yourself, with the earth, with the frequency of love.
