Join us for Cosmic Breath, a heart-centered day of ceremony, astrology, embodiment, and creative integration in honor of the Taurus Full Moon - a time to ground, release, and return home to the wisdom of your body.
Together, we’ll explore the connection between the cosmos, breath, and the heart, weaving astrology, cacao, and shamanic breath Work into one deeply nourishing experience.
What to Expect:
Opening & Cacao Ceremony
We’ll begin by gathering in sacred space, opening the circle with a cacao ceremony to connect with the spirit of the heart. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that softens our emotional landscape, deepens presence, and enhances connection - the perfect ally to attune us to the Taurus Full Moon’s grounding and sensual energy.
Astrology & Cosmic Insight with Jamie
After setting our energetic foundation, Jamie will guide you through:
*Astrology 101: Learn the basics of the zodiac, planets, and houses.
*Your Birth Chart: Each participant will receive a printed, personalized chart and handout tailored to their unique cosmic blueprint.
*Explore the Taurus Full Moon: Discover how this lunar energy activates your personal chart and where it’s inviting grounding, release, or renewal in your life.
*Discover how this lunation invites grounding, self-worth, and embodied abundance. Receive a personalized handout with your birth chart and reflections tailored to your unique placements.
Shamanic Breath Work with Jody
After a nourishing pause over the lunch-hour, Jody will lead a Shamanic Breath Work Journey, guiding you to explore the inner landscapes of your heart and soul through conscious connected breathing. Your Breath becomes the bridge between your cosmic understanding and an embodied experience.
This powerful modality helps to:
*Release stagnant energy and emotion from your physical and luminous body.
*Access expanded states of awareness and possibly altered states of consciousness.
*Open to receiving divine insights and messages from your Guides and the Spirit realm.
*Reconnect you with your inner wisdom and power and balance your chakras.
Creative Integration & Closing
We will then gently transition from breath work into creative integration, using simple art materials to express, ground, and anchor what you’ve received. No artistic skill is needed — this process is about flow, intuition, and embodiment. We’ll then close our circle with cosmic connection through a reflective sharing circle.

Exchange: $100 payable to [email protected] via e-transfer.
What to Bring: Journal, water, lunch/snack, yoga mat, cushion or bolster, a light blanket and an open heart.
Preparation: Upon registration you will receive an intake form that will allow us to create a personalized experience that will cater to your intentions. You will also provide your name, birth date, time, and location so Jamie can prepare your personalized astrology materials.
