This event will take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Well being Tree Bromsgrove. Please arrive for a 7:30pm prompt start and we will finish at 9pm. Free parking at Waitrose across the road from the centre.

Each Ticket Will Include The Following:

• Cosmic update and Mind Alignment 
• Holistic Practices and Guidance
• 1 hour Sound Bath 
• Use of yoga mat and props

Please Bring:

• A journal/piece of paper and pen
• Comfortable clothes you can move in and some warmer layers for when you lie down and get cosy
• A bottle of water
