Cosm Detroit AR + BIM Construction Tour

Experience a behind‑the‑scenes look at the construction progress of Cosm Detroit, located in the heart of downtown at Cadillac Square. This new immersive entertainment venue features a three‑story LED dome designed to deliver Shared Reality experiences for live sports, feature films, and world‑class events. The project also includes hospitality spaces, food and beverage service, a large ribbon display, and a rooftop deck—all crafted to reflect Detroit’s architectural character and showcase local craftsmanship.
The tour begins at the HOK + ROSSETTI studio (160 W Fort St, #400, Detroit, MI 48226) with an overview of how computation and digital craft shaped the design process. From there, the group will walk to the Cosm Detroit construction site just blocks away (25 Cadillac Square, Detroit, MI 48226) to see demonstrations of AR construction tools, BIM coordination workflows, and a preview of Cosm’s immersive display technology in action.
