In this beautiful 2 hour blissful event we will be weaving the power and magic of Spinal Energetics & Breath work into a potent experience that will leave you feeling soul nourished and lighter as you leave.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person's spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person's own innate intelligence. Each living being is not just a physical as form but also a being of energy. Energy encompasses each of our aspects; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and soul: Woven together with our ancestry, experiences, stories, personality, and character. Energy is a spectrum from underactive to overactive. As Spinal Energetics practitioners, we intend to support our clients in meeting the middle path of homeostasis - balance, as we believe that wellbeing is each person's birthright. Through light yet powerful touch (and sometimes no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body.

Spinal Energetics has been designed to help you move trauma from the body. It is your divinity to live a joyful more fulling life. Spinal Energetics reminds you of this. By unwinding tension and stickiness within the physical and emotional fields caused by trauma Spinal Energetics will bring your nervous system into a state of balance and calm. Gifting you a deeper connection to your most authentic soul self. Imagine a life where you can finally be free of stagnant beliefs you have taken on, releasing the trauma you have not completed, expelling pain from the body and becoming a state of flexibility and mobility.

Please note -

• As per listed policy there are no refunds or ticket transfers to other events. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason no refunds or transfers will be given.
• Please note by ticking the the agree to waiver box upon purchase you have thoroughly read any and all contraindications that you need to be aware of. (No heart disease, epilepsy)
• This is strictly a drug and alcohol free event. Anyone attending to be under the influence will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
• Please arrive at least 5/10 minutes early to park and get settled in + connect with Jenn & Nav with any initial questions or concerns.

• Dress comfortably for an extended Savasana/laying down on your mat.
• BYOP (bring your own pillow) Yoga Mat and/or light blanket - anything extra you think you might need to get comfortable.
• Yoga mats are also provided if you don't have your own.
• Bring your own water bottle
