Rye Harbour Nature Reserve | Rye Harbour, EN
About this Event
Gain private access to the Discovery Centre's meeting room facilities for your next staff meeting with Breakfast, Lunch, Teas & Coffees included. Sussex Wildlife Trust staff will provide a guided walk of the nature reserve to explain the significance of the work we do and the importance of habitats & wildlife on the reserve. Make a difference to global policies that shape the marine environment and prevent future plastic pollution by engaging in a Marine Conservation Society litter survey. Work as a group to complete this vital monitoring activity that informs international governments about the top causes of pollution in our seas. Working outdoors you will collect fishing net pieces, angling line and single use plastic from the beautiful shingle beach at Rye Harbour to make it a better place.
We do charge for these bespoke events to cover staff time, resources and insurance. The minimum number of people we can run a session for is 6 people with a maximum of 30.
