By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Explain the fundamental principles of corporate governance and their application within Egyptian and MENA organizations.
- Differentiate between the roles and responsibilities of boards of directors, board committees, and executive management.
- Assess governance structures in line with OECD Principles and relevant Egyptian laws and regulations.
- Apply risk oversight and internal control concepts within an effective governance framework.
- Identify indicators of governance failure and analyze lessons learned from international case studies, including the Enron case.
- Design and evaluate a basic corporate governance framework suitable for their organization.
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Duration: 3 hours per day × 6 sessions (18 Hours Total)
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (including a 30-minute break)
Schedule: Saturdays
