Join us for the forth Cornwall Running Show, at Penventon Park Hotel, Redruth. This is an event bringing people together to celebrate all things running and the Cornish trails.
The day will be full of local exhibitors, race events companies, local running clubs, guest speakers, yoga, pilates and group activities throughout the day, swap box and of course coffee and cake!
This event is FREE to attend, no tickets required, just run on up and bring your friends and family!
