Understanding the impact of trauma and substance use and exploring the healing process by integrating recovery work.

This presentation will provide information on how behaviors manifest and how clinicians can support the healing process for both struggles.

Using self-regulation as a foundation and platform for continued recovery work with an emphasis on grounding techniques to create a new sense of safety.
