Kick off your morning outside with a 40-minute mat workout led by Steph, our Senior Master Coach, with a live DJ bringing the energy throughout class to keep the vibes high. Experience the strength, energy, and community that make [solidcore] so special.

After class, stick around for a community mingle where you'll have the opportunity to:
