The 2024 Core Curriculum course will begin with a detailed review of updated forms, including those related to evidence of funds, inspection responses, buyer broker compensation, and listing agreements.

Participants will gain a deep understanding of legislative changes impacting real estate, including reforms in agency law and recent bills affecting housing and development. The course also emphasizes enhancing professional standards and business practices, including managing broker responsibilities, handling multiple offer scenarios, and addressing risky practices in a dynamic market.

Additional topics include compliance with top violations, the role of transaction coordinators, and ensuring broker personal safety. This class aims to equip real estate professionals with the knowledge to navigate regulatory changes, elevate their practice standards, and handle daily challenges effectively.
