Dancing Life with Core Connexion Transformational Arts®
This weekly practice is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with your body and your presence. Using the 8 Core Connexion keys, we open gateways into the present moment through dance, sensory awareness, and creative exploration.
Together, we explore our connection to ourselves, to each other, and to life as it’s unfolding. These classes are about cultivating presence, trusting the unknown, and letting your body lead the way forward.
No experience needed—just curiosity. Come exactly as you are.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable, layered clothing you can move in. Bring water, and if you’d like, a blanket and your favourite writing or drawing tools (extras always provided).
About the facilitator:
Nadia has been a Core Connexion Transformational Arts® facilitator since 2008. Her intention is to create spaces where we can reconnect with our aliveness and grow a deeper sense of wholeness and wellbeing—together with compassion and the dance medicine.
