Core Connection Outdoor Workout | The Zoe Method x Core Creator

Join us for a unique outdoor Mat Pilates experience hosted by The Zoe Method in partnership with Core Creator.
This 60-minute class will focus on core connection, intentional movement, and learning how to engage the deep core muscles that are often overlooked in traditional fitness programs. The workout will include a guided warm-up, a 50-minute Pilates-based workout, and a cool-down designed to leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and more aware of how your body moves.
Throughout the class, we’ll be incorporating the Core Creator, an innovative tool developed by a longtime chiropractor, Dr. Sean, to help individuals better activate and feel their deep core muscles. Many people rely heavily on larger, superficial muscles during exercise while never truly learning how to connect to the deeper stabilizing muscles that support posture, movement, strength, and overall function. The Core Creator provides immediate feedback, helping participants understand what proper deep core engagement actually feels like.
The class will be led by Zoe Wiener, founder of The Zoe Method. Zoe has spent nearly five years coaching movement, strength, Pilates, and mobility, helping clients build sustainable fitness habits through education and intentional movement. Her coaching style focuses on teaching people not just what to do, but why they’re doing it—helping clients improve body awareness, movement quality, strength, flexibility, and long-term results.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, looking to improve your core connection, or simply interested in learning a new approach to movement, this class is designed to meet you where you are and help you build a stronger foundation from the inside out.
