Susan Burton, Peabody Award–winning editor, presents EMPTY, her unflinching account of a decades-long struggle with binge eating and anorexia, and the secret life that ran beneath outward success. She explores the tension between appearance and reality, as well as the long path to self-understanding.

Jackie Goldschneider, television personality and former star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, offers a powerful and vulnerable reflection in THE WEIGHT OF BEAUTIFUL. Chronicling her experience with anorexia from adolescence to motherhood and public life, she offers an honest, necessary look at how eating disorders persist behind even the most glamorous façades.

Mallary Tenore Tarpley, journalist and professor at the University of Texas–Austin, brings a nuanced perspective with SLIP, a memoir that bridges science, reporting, and lived experience.
