Core & Restore offers a unique blend of core-strengthening and restorative practices. In the first half of the class, Lacey White will guide you in building overall body strength through a core-centered approach that engages deep muscles of the abdomen, sides, and back, while also developing stabilizing and larger muscle groups. The second half of the class transitions into a soothing restorative practice, allowing you to unwind and immerse yourself in deep relaxation for a complete renewal of both body and mind.
To enhance your experience, we’ll close the session with a sound healing by Monicca De Luna Shaw, using soothing tones to promote deep inner peace and harmony, helping you carry that sense of tranquility with you as you leave.
No matter your fitness level, this class is suitable for everyone looking to strengthen their core and relax their body and mind.

As a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and holistic health coach, I am a conscious advocate for embodied wellness for personal and community healing. My intention is to offer safe and supportive classes that facilitate deeper somatic awareness and connection to your inner strength and your inner healer. Through my various offerings, I help beautiful individuals who feel out of alignment with their health reconnect with their bodies and discover sustainable healthy habits that align their mind, body, and soul.
