Join Jasper Moontree on the second friday of the month from November to January for a specialized yoga workshop that focuses on strengthening the core and resting deeply. Core & Restore

This series is designed to help us strengthen the core body in very intentional ways, followed by restorative postures to relax the body and calm the nervous system. These unique classes will build upon each other from month to month. Participants can expect to leave feeling stronger, more centered, and with more ease in their body and mind. Drop ins are welcome if space allows. Class size is limited to 8 so register early to reserve your spot. Sacred songs and instruments, inspirational readings, hands on reiki, and the wisdom of Gaia will be woven into each class as a way to deepen our connection to Spirit.
Participants that register for all 3 sessions will also receive access to 4 online classes and the recordings.

Jasper Moontree has been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching for 18 of those years. She has worked with bodies of all ages and has learned how to adapt the practice to the individual. Through her many years of experience, she has learned some invaluable lessons and is excited to share them with you.
