Outdoor sessions.Kick-start your summer fitness by getting your horse into shape through core obstacles, poles, equine yoga stretches and strengthening schooling exercises.
'Core and More Gym sessions'.
A mix of some obstacles, lateral work, trick training stretch exercises and polework exercises targeting strength and suppleness in the body. Think 'pony pilates!'
Inhand or ridden (Inhand schooling, normal inhand, long lining, ridden or a mix of both!)
The school is split into 4 quarters of different exercises. I have little exercise cards out for each one so you can be doing your various exercise reps for the whole session while I swap between helping each person individually (no waiting around, you can keep going till I get round to you).
Hour sessions and you get 15 minutes in each area before swapping to the next.
Like being at a gym, but for horses!

Duration - 1 hour
Group size - up to 4
In-hand or ridden (long lining welcome if sensible!)
Suitable for - Horses aged 4+
Young horse session:
Above gym set up available to do in the style of our 'young horse hire sessions'. Not a taught session but just a hired 'playground' to gradually and safely let them explore with no pressure and you just 'pick and choose' what you feel they capable of doing.
Duration - 30 minutes
Group size - 2
In-hand only
Suitable for - Horses 4yo and under only (for older horses, please book on the group sessions or private)
Limited private and semi private sessions also for those not wanting to be in a group:
Private:
40 minute session.
Semi Private:
For 2 friends sharing together, 45 minute session.
