Our 45-minute 'Core & Suspension' class is the ultimate blend of suspension training and core-focused exercises. Using suspension straps, you'll challenge your stability, strengthen your core, and develop full-body power. Every move can be modified, making it perfect for anyone new to fitness or a seasoned pro. Get ready to feel the burn, have fun, and leave class feeling stronger and more confident than ever!
