Cord Cutting Masterclass with Kirsty Harris

In this in-person masterclass, we will explore the energetic cords that form between people and how these connections can affect our emotions, thoughts and personal power.

Energetic cords can form through relationships, intimacy, family dynamics, conflict, or unresolved emotional bonds. While some connections are healthy and supportive, others can leave us feeling drained, stuck, or unable to move forward.

This workshop will help you understand how these cords form, how to recognise when they are present, and how to safely release them.

Together, we will explore both the spiritual understanding and practical techniques behind cord cutting so you leave with tools you can use in your own practice.

• What energetic cords and soul ties are
• How energetic cords form between people
• Signs you may have an unhealthy energetic attachment
• The difference between healthy connections and draining cords
• When cord cutting is appropriate and when it is not
• What can happen energetically after a cord cutting ritual

You will then be guided through two different cord cutting techniques.

For practical and fire safety reasons, we will first practise a simple personal cord cutting ritual that can easily be done at home.

After this, I will demonstrate the traditional two-candle cord cutting ritual, explaining how it works and how to perform it safely in your own space.

The workshop will close with a guided cord cutting ritual, allowing you to consciously release an energetic attachment and reclaim your own energy.

This evening is designed to be both educational and experiential, giving you practical knowledge alongside a powerful ritual experience.
