Let’s jump into faith, fitness, and friendship!
A. WHAT TO BRING?
-Bring your own jump rope.
(If you need one, you can get one when you see me. 30% of every jump rope purchased will be donated to support a local orphanage 'The Russell Home' where I volunteer, helping provide for the their needs and bringing them joy. 💛)
-Workout clothes to sweat, tennis shoes.
-Water/electrolytes.
-Positive attitude!
B. EXPECTATIONS:
-Be on time to make the most out of the experience!
-Be prepared to learn how to jump rope.
