Join us for a restorative and immersive experience of sound, stillness, and self-discovery, at Yoga Generation in Coquitlam on March 8, 2025, hosted by Libra Luna Meditation. In addition, Raven Healing will be offering Reiki services, led by Brenda, a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Brenda’s energy work will enhance your experience, fostering holistic healing. Sound baths work by using soothing tones and harmonic frequencies to guide you into a meditative state, helping to:

What to bring:

Yoga mats and bolsters are available to use, however are limited. We suggest if you have your own to bring it with you. For added comfort, consider bringing:
