The St Louis area is rich with wellness and health practitioners doing amazing things to support optimal health & wellbeing in mind, body & spirit. Its time to come together a forge a community where we support one another - invite the community in, network, educate, share ideas and make a significant impact in overall wellness. This monthly event is designed for health & wellness practitioners and the community interested in learning more and connecting with passionate providers.

Each month we will have a speaker on varying topics with Q&A and built in time to make connections, learn about each other and grow together.

Apps and beverages will be included- there is currently no charge for this event but space is limited so RSVP is required. Hydroboost IV Lounge is our host location.
