Overview
Understanding polyphenols, good fats, and why quality olive oil matters. Join us for an educational workshop hosted by registiered dietitian, Kathy Brown and a guided olive oil tasting by Kelly Petrocelli, owner of The Olive Tap in Long Grove.
The first portion of the workshop will consist of discovering the health benefits of olive oil, next you will be guided through a tasting of four extra virigin olive oils and one infused olive oil, followed by unlimited tastings of your choosing and 10% off in store purchases.
