About this Event

Jessa Huff, PT is also a highly experienced swim coach for the Longfellow Stingrays. For this clinic, she will evaluate your swim stroke for any corrections that you can make to decrease your chance of injury and improve the efficiency of your stroke. You will be given any appropriate drills and/or referrals as indicated.

You will have 20 minutes with the PT/swim coach to assess your stroke, get corrections and receive any appropriate drills and/or referrals.
