1st & 3rd Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Discover simple meditations that help the mind become peaceful, settled, and clear. These sessions will give you a direct experience of your inner potential for calm and clarity, and practical methods to carry that peace into daily life.

Perfect for busy people who want to learn the basics of meditation in a friendly and accessible way.

Each class includes:

• A short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness
• A guided breathing meditation
• Time for Q&A

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Location: This class will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free street parking after 6pm.
