Overview

We are living through a crisis of disconnection.

Post-COVID isolation, fractured relationships, and cultural polarization have left many people feeling disconnected from themselves, from others, and from a sense of belonging.

RE:CONNECT is a small-group supported experience designed to help people reconnect — not by fixing or changing who they are, but by remembering how to be present, authentic, and human together.

This experience uses organic materials as a reflective tool within a carefully structured process that includes preparation, facilitation, and integration.

What This Experience Is

RE:CONNECT is a guided group experience focused on:

• Reconnecting with yourself

• Understanding how you relate to others

• Experiencing shared humanity in a safe, intentional group setting

The group itself is part of the experience. Hearing others, being heard, and being witnessed without judgment can be a powerful antidote to isolation.

This is not therapy and not a retreat. It is an intentional, facilitated experience grounded in safety, professionalism, and care.

It has been shown to increase neural connectivity and psychological flexibility, helping people step out of rigid thought patterns and into felt experience.

When paired with preparation, a shared group container, and thoughtful integration, this can support:

• A sense of connection to self and others

It does not create connection on its own — but it can help make reconnection possible.
