Join us for a nourishing evening under the Pink Moon — a full moon that symbolizes spring awakening, gentle renewal, and returning to what feels true. 🌸
This is your invitation to slow down and soften. To release the heaviness you’ve been carrying (even the kind you can’t put into words). To reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and grounded.

This gathering is designed for anyone who needs a reset — physically, emotionally, energetically. You do not have to be “good at yoga.” You do not need to be flexible. You just need to show up as you are. 💗

✨ What we’ll do together:

• Arrive and settle in with grounding breath + intention
• A gentle, beginner-friendly flow to open the body and ease tension
• Slow stretching + somatic moments to help your nervous system exhale
• A deeply relaxing sound bath + guided rest to integrate and restore
• Time to land back into yourself—calm, clear, and supported

This is the kind of practice that helps you leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more present in your own body.

🧺 What to bring:
Yoga mat + water and anything that helps you get cozy (pillow, layers, socks). Optional: journal + crystals.
