FAQS:
If I have more than one child, do I need more than one ticket? The short answer is Yes, if you have a group of 4+ as it takes more time to ‘herd cats’.
Do I need to come in my 30 minute time slot? YES - Please sign up for appropriate time slot and arrive within that period. In an effort to keep the line distanced and things safe, we will not allow anyone who arrives outside of pre-selected slot to take photos. No exceptions.
What if I need a refund? Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days prior to event date. No refunds for any reason will be issued after that. Refunds must be requested via EventBrite website. We are unable to process a refund via phone call as it must be generated through the EventBrite website.
What if I need to change my date and time slot? Please purchase a ticket for the new time slot first and then request a refund for the original ticket via the EventBrite website. EventBrite processing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, please first try to transfer tickets directly through the "Manage my ticket" option. If that doesn't work, please do not purchase or sell any tickets without involving us to properly transfer ticket information. Email [email protected] with the original ticket holders name, email and date/time slot along with the new ticket holder's contact information.
How do I join the waitlist? Once a date is full, a waitlist is automatically activated. If you do not see the waitlist option, it means the waitlist is full. If a spot is opened up, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically emailed for the first chance to purchase the ticket.
How will I get my photo? We will email you a link after your photo day. You will be able to directly download from that link. THE EMAIL YOU USE TO PURCHASE THE TICKET WILL BE THE EMAIL THE LINK IS SENT TO!
