Ladies' Night Out

Let's gather like we are groovin' out on the town!

This class welcomes all levels from beginners to experienced movers. The intention of each class is to improve the dance moves of each individual and help with dance confidence of each who participate!

These adult dance classes will be about an hour long on scheduled Friday nights with a range of themes or dance genres taught and expressed. Movements new for some and old for others; this creating a selection everyone can find appreciation for!

The class will be formatted as we start with a light stretch that warms us up, select 8 counts or steps from combination broken down for simplicity that will then lead into learning the dance for the evening. Songs will vary per class to music we all know and love ! (:
