Come join Sharon Hudson and myself as we give our heart some much needed love from handson excercises to messages from spirit.

The journey will start with Sharon’s guidance in clearing and opening the heart using Qigong movements. These meditative movements harness the mind’s intention and the body’s spirit to bring about transformation. Following that, she will instruct us on utilizing several HeartMath methods to enhance emotional regulation and tap into the wisdom of the heart.

This opening and attunement will allow for a deeper experience in our group reading that follows, with psychic medium Nicole Parish. Nicole creates a loving space for a person to connect with their team of light. She delights in seeing who from the spirit realms show up and is always curious what will come through!

Nicole will guide the gathering through a group exercise such as energetic hygiene, a meditative journey, or some other experience which helps people connect with their higher selves and the spirit realms. After that, Nicole will work as a psychic medium and channel between the higher realms to pass along messages. Due to the time container, it might be that only some guests will receive an individual message. Yet, many people receive something from hearing other people’s readings.
