Ready to feel great from head to toe? This fun event is all about boosting your wellness and connecting with awesome people in the neighborhood. Expect a full day of fitness classes such as Zumba, yoga, HIIT, pilates, etc. Today's the day to try out any fitness classes you've been interested in, its on us (free)! We will host a mobile sauna and have a cold plunge station - so come prepared!

Come hang out, learn a bit, and treat yourself to some self-care. Can't wait to see you there!
