Ladies, summer is HERE and so is your invitation to move your body, connect with incredible women, and start the season strong.
Join nationally board-certified health & wellness coach Karen Cerezo for a fun, energizing outdoor community workout designed for midlife women who are done playing small.
This workout welcomes ALL fitness levels whether you're getting back into a groove or ready to push yourself. Expect a feel-good mix of strength, core, and mobility, plus real-life modifications and zero judgment.
This isn't about "bouncing back." It's about showing up exactly as you are and building something stronger. Together.
