Copy of Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class: Oct 30 - Nov 20 , 2024

This class focuses on comfort, evidence, and advocacy. We will meet via Zoom on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm ET for 4 consecutive weeks, beginning October 30 and ending November 20, 2024. This accelerated course format covers the whole EBB Childbirth Class content in 4 sessions.

Week 1 - Orientation, Phases & Physiology of Labor, Evidence Based Care (2 h)

W eek 2 - Comfort Measures and Advocacy (1.5 h)

W eek 3 - Interventions and Birth Plans (1.5 h)

Week 4 - Comfort measures rehearsal; postpartum preparation and finding resources to support you (2 h)

Video material will be covered by students, independently each week, prior to each of the live Zoom classes.
