Whether your goal is to have a stronger connection for prayer, deepen your meditative state, or to relax the body and mind, this Singing Bowl Group Sound Bath / Meditaton might be the perfect fit for you! Join Sound Bath Facilitator Peggy Mundell, CMT for an evening of restorative sound.
Doors will open at 6:40pm and will lock promptly at 7:00pm. Bring a yoga mat or small air mattress or even a zero-gravity chair - something you will be comfortable laying on for the session. A pillow for your neck and/or behind your knees, and a light blanket if you'd like. Can't lay down? Let us know and well have a table and chair ready for you - just bring a pillow to lay your head on and a light blanket for your lap/shoulders and enjoy the evening! Wheelchair accessable.
What to expect: a short guided relaxation meditation, then the soothing, relaxing sounds of the chimes and crystal bowls as the music/frequencies "wash" over you, helping you let go and relax. doTERRA Essential Oils provided for those who would like to use them. Some people use this time to strengthen their prayer connections. Some deepen their meditation skills. Some take this time to chill and relax. Others are just here to see what it is all about! There is no wrong way to use your time with us.
A suggested donation of $20 is accepted on site (cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted).
