Welcome to Buff Aunt Bria’s Trans Martial Arts club — where confidence meets community, and strength comes in every form!

Founded by Buff Aunt Bria, a powerhouse black belt in karate, former powerlifter, and lifelong gymnast, our school is more than just a dojo — it’s a family. Bria’s passion for martial arts and her fierce love for the trans community inspired her and her wife to open a free-to-attend school dedicated to empowerment, safety, and self-expression.

With three thriving locations and years of experience running youth camps, Bria teaches both adults and kids the art of discipline, respect, and self-defence — all while keeping it fun, uplifting, and inclusive.

In a changing world, we believe that everyone deserves the tools and confidence to stand tall and stay safe. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, Buff Aunt Bria and her team are here to help you build strength, find balance, and keep your head held high.
