Set in an open Eatery, you'll learn all the tricks behind creating your favorite Italian dishes. For this class, it will be Crespelle di Zucca (butternut squash fritters) + Sweet potato gnocchi with two signature sauces (brown butter and sage + duck ragu) + Ravioli Dolce (fried sweet pumpkin ravioli).

All ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from local farm’s or imported producers. After the class, sit down as a group and enjoy all the mouth-watering dishes you have whipped up. Sit back and relish in insatiable food, great conversation with Chef Marco.
