Bump to Baby is a 6-session birth preparation series designed to help pregnant women feel informed, physically prepared, and confident going into labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Too often, women enter birth with limited practical preparation for what their bodies will experience. Led by pelvic health physical therapists, Bump to Baby supports women through expert guidance on how your body changes during pregnancy and what you can do now to feel stronger, more prepared, and more supported.

Across six foundational sessions, you’ll learn about pregnancy-related body changes, movement strategies to build strength and mobility, pain relief tools, partner-supported techniques, and practical preparation for labor and delivery.

Bump to Baby is more than a traditional birth class, it is a series of expert-led sessions designed to give you real tools, real options, and true readiness for the transition into motherhood.

Whether this is your first baby or not, this series will help you approach birth with greater clarity, confidence, and control.
